Your missionDorel Juvenile US is looking for an eCommerce SEO & Content Specialist to join the growing team at our Design and Development Center in Foxboro, MA. In this position, you will work closely with the Senior Manager of E-Commerce Merchandising & Marketing to create and maintain a seamless online customer experience.
Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement SEO strategy for all new and existing items across all of Dorel Juvenile’s product categories and brands: Maxi Cosi, Tiny Love, Disney Baby, Safety 1st, Cosco, and Quinny. Develop SEO and content specific success metrics, create and manage reporting, and analyze results leveraging third party tools and internal data sources. Responsible for identifying and driving all digital content creation (Amazon A+/WebCollage, optimized titles/bullets, enhanced images, eTail store pages) in addition to all search operations including management of keyword search and the optimization of online content. Assist internal and remote sales teams for all E-Commerce channels (D2C), online marketplaces, eTail (Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, BuyBuyBaby, etc.) as needed to ensure content is optimized to achieve “best in class” ratings, using scorecards provided by tools such as Content Analytics and Salsify. Research competitive data to understand current industry trends in order to stay competitive and develop best practices for E-Commerce content as it pertains to site merchandising and the online user experience. Assist in driving employee adoption of these findings as it relates to processes for content creation and new technology. Main point of contact for internal product information management system using Salsify. Partner closely with product managers/marketers to ensure all content is kept up to date and accurate.
Your profileBachelor’s Degree along with 1-3 years’ experience working in E-Commerce and/or Sales & Marketing environment. Prior project management experience, with proven ability to lead & motivate teams of cross-functional partners. Must be detail oriented with a bias towards action (self-starter) and comfortable working with ambiguity. Track record of prioritizing and successfully delivering multiple initiatives on-time. Ability to work within a team, as well as independently with limited supervision. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
